  • 1/2 cup milk

This smoothie is great because I made it with fresh strawberry fruit and added raw honey to make it sweeter.  They are perfect for breakfast or snacks. Sometimes I make one for a light meal.

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • honey or sugar
